Every vertical smoker comes with 16 Stainless steel hooks. Leave the upper rack in place, and use the 16 hooks provided to hang chicken pieces, and any other item that may work.
ADJUSTABLE LATCH SYSTEM
Both doors on the Broil King® Smoke™ models come equipped with silicons gaskets and steel latches ensuring a tight seal to keep the temperature in while infusing great smoky flavor.
